Early Life and Family Background
Abolfazl was born on 7th August 1992 in Iran to a religious household with little sporting history. From a young age, he has been playing kabaddi. He became interested in sports quite quickly and began competing in inter-school contests.
Adulthood
His interest made him realize, to make a career out of it. Abolfazl had a lot of troubles at the beginning of his career because he didn’t have any family support, but he eventually made his debut for the Senior National Kabaddi squad. At the 2014 Asian Games, Abolfazl made his first international appearance for Iran. He led the team to the finals but lost to India in the finals.

Abolfazl repeatedly lost in the Finale in two major Kabaddi competitions. He was also not given many chances in his Pro Kabaddi debut season. However, with some ups and downs, he gained his position in the game successfully.
Kabaddi Career
- In the third season, Abolfazl was fortunate enough to qualify for the VIVO Pro Kabaddi League.
- He was signed by U Mumba in the third season, however, he failed to score any points for the team and was only allowed to play three matches.
- In the fourth PKL season, he was released by U-Mumba and purchased by Patna Pirates.
- In his debut season with the alliance, he scored 25 points in nine games, including two Super Raids, and helped the squad win their second PKL title.
